At Acstede Design we started off as technical illustrators around 1986 having completed a BTec in Technical Illustration. We worked for Massey Ferguson, Astron Buildings, as well as car companies. We progressed to Graphic & Website Design in Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, Solihull, Warwickshire.

Illustrations

We worked for Massey Ferguson, Astron Buildings, as well as car companies like SAAB. We progressed to Graphic & Website Design in Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, Solihull, Warwickshire.
 
Recent project was to show the impact of new windows on an Arts & Craft home in Kenilworth. We took the Architects plans and then overlayed options for new window layouts and the inclusion of carved stone sills. We also introduced colour options of the traditional Black with a Sage Green option.
 
Currently creating a range of Fire Plan illustrations for a local facility.

GKN Defence Warrior Personnel Carrier

A contract with GKN Defence to draw in 3D visual the new Warrior Personnel Carrier from flat blueprint plans. Drawn by hand then inked and eventually airbrushed. All done before a prototype or model was created.
 
All done before 3D renders. They did show me a model after I had drawn it lol, also a good job they didn’t want to change the angle by a few degrees.
